- Synthesis and sequence verification of TALEN expression plasmids
- Synthesis of TALEN mRNA
- Co-injection of verified TALEN mRNA and template in C57Bl/6 zygotes
- Transfer of injected zygotes into foster mice
- Genotyping and Sequencing of offspring to identify correctly modified target regions
Dependent on the mouse strain and vector, a minimum number of offspring and founder is guaranteed.
